Within the Nest — our CRM for estate agents — we designed an interface to keep agents, progressors and sellers informed about the status of their sale, after going under offer. From shadowing progressors, and interviewing sellers, through iterative wireframes and designs, I arrived at a simple checklist interface that fits seamlessly within the existing product and the Nested brand.
